Payment for Treatment

Community Care pays your bills for the mental health and drug and alcohol services that we cover.  There are no co-payments or deductibles for the behavioral health care that we approve.

You should not receive a bill or be asked to pay for behavioral health services when you receive treatment from an in-network provider.  If you do receive a bill for services from a Community Care provider, please call us or send the bill to:

You could receive a bill if you go to an out of network provider without approval.  Receiving treatment which is not covered by Community Care could also result in a bill for service.
