Provider Online Claims for HealthChoices and ALDA Providers

This site is for providers who serve members in HealthChoices counties or the ALDA program. You can use it to submit and review claims online. To see an online guided tour of the system, you can register now. If you’re already registered, you can log in now. To sign up for Provider Online to submit and review claims follow the steps below: Step One: Visit this site and take the test. You will note the score on your Non Disclosure Agreement.
