We believe that helping you understand mental illness and treatment helps you get better, which is very important to us. Our preventive health programs are intended to add to the information that you already get from your doctor or therapist.

Depression Program: for Adults

Depression affects about 12-26% of all adults in the United States at some point in their lives. Approximately 19% of older adults experience depression, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). It is one of our most common health problems. However doctors have good success treating depression and most people do well with treatment.
